I read in an article on sleeping that the best way to ensure you're getting adequate sleep is to create a "sleep log". You can't just catch up on your rest in one night by sleeping an extra couple of hours... you create a sleep-deficit by consistently getting less sleep than you need. I *think* I need between 7 and 8 hours of rest a night (probably closer to 8). Before the deployment I don't think I regularly logged that. Being out of the everyday norm of life though and with the simplicity of the deployment, I think I've managed to fill in that sleep deficit. Anyway, we'll see...
